01 Do you come to me?
Yes. Stones Auto Repairs is a fully mobile service, working at your home, workplace or premises across East Anglia, so there’s no need to get a faulty vehicle to a garage.
02 Which areas do you cover?
Based in Ipswich and serving East Anglia, including Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. UK-wide availability is offered by arrangement for specialist Ford, fleet, and emergency response work.
03 Do you only work on Fords?
No. Stones Auto Repairs works on all makes and models, with genuine specialist experience in Ford passenger vehicles and Ford fleets. We’re also Mercedes qualified and EV qualified.
04 Can you run full diagnostics at my location?
Yes. We bring complete diagnostic capability to you and interpret live data and system behaviour, not just fault codes, to find the real cause the first time.
05 How does emergency call-out work?
Emergency call-out is prioritised for fleet and commercial customers and is assessed on availability and location. The fastest way to reach us is by phone or WhatsApp.
06 How do I get a quote?
Every vehicle and repair is different, so we provide a clear quote after reviewing the vehicle details, symptoms, location, and repair requirements. Send these via the quote form, or call or message us.
